Privacy Policy for Poly Pour

Effective date: July 21, 2026
Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the mobile game Poly Pour (the “Game”), an offline single-player puzzle game for Android developed by m0pxx (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

Poly Pour is a fully offline, single-player puzzle game built with Unity. The Game has:

Your game progress (levels completed, settings, and similar) is stored only locally on your device as a save file. We do not receive a copy of it.

The one exception to “no data leaves your device” is advertising. The Game includes optional ads served through third-party advertising partners. When ads are shown, those partners may collect certain information as described in Section 4. This is the only part of the Game that connects to the internet.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information collected by us — none beyond local storage

We, m0pxx, do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or store any personal information about you. Specifically, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any account information — because the Game has no accounts and no server of ours to send anything to.

The only data the Game itself creates is a local save file (see Section 5), which stays on your device and is never sent to us.

2.2 Information collected by our advertising partners

The Game displays optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads through third-party ad networks (see Section 4). To serve and measure these ads, those networks and their mediated partners may collect and process information from your device, which may include:

This information is collected by the advertising partners, not by us. Its handling is governed by each partner's own privacy policy (see Section 4). We do not have access to the identifiers or profiles those partners build.

3. How Information Is Used

Because we do not collect your personal data, we do not use it for anything.

Information collected by our advertising partners (Section 2.2) is used by those partners to:

You can limit personalized advertising as described in Section 7.

4. Third-Party Advertising & SDKs

The Game uses the following third-party advertising technology:

Through this mediation, ads may be served by the following ad networks, each of which may act as a data controller for the data it collects:

Android permissions used by the advertising SDK

The Game does not request permissions for your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or storage of your personal files.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Local only. Your game progress and settings are saved in a local save file stored on your device. This file never leaves your device through any system operated by us, is not backed up to any server of ours, and is fully within your control.

Retention and deletion. Because the save file lives on your device, it is retained until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the Game or by clearing the Game's data/storage in your device's Settings.

Advertising data retention. Data collected by advertising partners (Section 2.2) is retained and deleted according to each partner's own privacy policy and retention practices, which we do not control.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Poly Pour is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country, such as 16 under GDPR in some EU/EEA states).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Game in a way that resulted in data being collected by an advertising partner, please contact us (Section 12) and we will help you direct the request to the appropriate partner.

7. Your Rights & Choices

7.1 Ad personalization opt-out (device settings)

You can turn off personalized (interest-based) ads at the device level: open Settings > Google > Ads (wording may vary by device) and enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” / “Delete advertising ID.” When personalization is off, you may still see ads, but they should not be based on an advertising profile.

7.2 Reset or delete your advertising ID

Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID (or Delete advertising ID). Resetting gives you a new, unlinked identifier; deleting it causes apps to receive a string of zeros instead of your ID.

7.3 Consent

Where required by law (in particular for users in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before any advertising SDK is initialised. Until you answer, no ad request is made and no advertising identifier is shared. If you decline, ads are still shown, but they are non-personalized.

You can change your decision at any time in the Game: Settings → “Ads & privacy” → “Change”. Your choice is passed to our mediation partner and to every ad network in the waterfall. You can additionally use the device-level controls described in Sections 7.1–7.2 at any time.

7.4 California residents — “Do Not Sell or Share” (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Depending on their settings, some advertising partners may treat the use of your advertising identifier for personalized ads as a “sale” or “share.” To exercise this choice, use the opt-outs in Sections 7.1–7.3 and/or contact us at the address in Section 12. We do not ourselves sell or share your personal information, because we do not collect it.

7.5 GDPR rights (EU/EEA/UK)

You have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, data portability, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not hold your personal data, requests relating to advertising data should be directed to the relevant advertising partner listed in Section 4. We will assist you in identifying the correct partner if you contact us.

8. Security

Your save data stays locally on your device, so its security depends primarily on your device's own protections (screen lock, OS security, physical control). Data transmitted to ad partners is handled under those partners' security practices. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International Transfers

We do not collect or transfer your personal data. Our advertising partners are global companies and may process the information they collect on servers located in countries other than yours. Those transfers are governed by each partner's privacy policy and legal transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add, remove, or change advertising partners or SDKs. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top and post the new version at the same URL.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, except where mandatory consumer- or data-protection laws of your country of residence provide you with additional rights.

12. Contact

We will respond to legitimate privacy inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
